A 60-minute class consists of cardio, strengthening and stretching blocks, during which we shape your muscles and we also develop your endurance.
Training on specially designed trampolines, in addition to being an instant stress reliever, completely moves all the muscles of our body – the most critical are the thigh-buttock-hip-abdominal areas aimed at. Those who are uncertain about their sense of balance need not be afraid either, since the armrest belonging to the trampoline helps to perform the movements correctly, and countless exercises enables its execution. The jumping surface is fixed with a special rubber rope, which as a result, the joints are maximally spared, and the vibration of the internal organs is significantly reduced decrease.
