Pilates is a complex form of exercise that combines the anatomical knowledge of the world with some tools of the Eastern movement culture.
The stabilizing muscles of the spine (deep muscles) and the special breathing technique play a major role in its practice. The main goal of Pilates is to create the unity of body and soul.
Posture improvement, muscle stretching. The use of persistent work and conscious breathing technique as a result, our body and soul are balanced, so the stress is over.
