Anyone who likes sweaty, intense and fast-paced classes. And of course, it’s also friendly with the step pad, because we use it for 80% of the time.

Minimally.
Is it jumpy?
There is also jumping in it, yes.
Are you using dumbbells?
Using less weight, but continuously, but those who start with a lot of weight can do it without weight.
