Can you share some thoughts about your professional work and tell us how you hold your sessions?
60 minutes of total shaping training, with you at the center. The fantastic person who honors you with his trust and accepts you as his coach.
The class starts with a roughly 10-minute warm-up. Then, we continue with step-by-step cardio-strengthening movements, followed with dumbbells. The first 30-35 minutes of the class consists of standing exercises, then we go down to the ground and end with gluteal and abdominal strengthening, followed by stretching.
Can you tell a few words about your coaching mentality?
As a child, I’ve tried several sports. But I didn’t love it. I absolutely hated physical education classes. I’ve been thinking a lot about whether it’s okay to do it this way. Because no one has ever told me why exactly you should do sports? Why is it good if, as a primary school student, you run the 2,000-meter running test in 7 minutes between 2 Hungarian classes and 3 science subjects in the middle of the day? I had to realize by myself that I just have to find the most ideal form of exercise in which I really feel happy and recharged. I think that everyone has an activity close to their own style that they can incorporate into their everyday life. This could be jogging, cycling, or even group lessons. Through my own example, I would like to introduce my guests to the mysteries of movement. Either alone or as a couple, make up your mind, pack your workout clothes and sports shoes and do it. I’ll be here to help.
Share us some hobbies when you are not in the gym:
I am currently in my final studies, basic graduated economics student in Budapest. I graduated as an actor 3 years ago, so whenever I have time, I love going to the theater. During new presentations, I try to make time to see my former professional and field colleagues.
