“When someone tells you it can’t be done, it’s more a reflection of their limitations, not yours.“
Anyone who seeks me out as a group coach or as a personal trainer will receive primarily attention with a professional eye. If errors occur during the exercises, they will be corrected so that they can be performed safely and fixed during the workouts.
I try not only to play the role of a coach, I try to make friends during personal trainings, as well as to forge a small team during group sessions, who not only meet during training, but also go to active leisure programs, hikes, sports competitions together to form a small community of friends.
The guest is always the first in my the trainings, I try to get to know the people who want to train as much as possible, so i can do workout trainings more personal as much as possible, including the group sessions. I try to make the workout plan so that everyone can find something to their liking, depending on their strength level. So my goal is to get everyone out of training so: Yes, it was a perfect workout!
How would you describe your coaching attitude and mentality?
I consider it important that a coach is professionally prepared for workouts, prepared for everything, so that if a guest comes to train with an old injury or other health problem then the trainer should know what exercises are allowed and not allowed with the client.
I also try to educate myself to take part in various trainings. I am also constantly training myself in a self-taught way, from authentic web interfaces and books. And I don’t know the word “impossible” means. If someone says it’s impossible, I’ll try to do it, to achieve it. I also say this to my guests, there is no way you will not lose weight, there is no way you will not be stronger, there is no way you will not going to be looking better in shape. My motto is also related into this.
What kind of workouts can the clients expect from you?
I mainly do functional workouts, TRX workouts. I consider it important to do basic exercises, your own weight exercises, and to do them as regularly as possible, at the highest level.
During group sessions, I like to put together a workout plan that includes more dynamic exercises to improve endurance, with and without tools. It should also include specific strengthening exercises.
